To keep our Athletes safe, please keep in mind the following:
- Athletes need to hydrate throughout the day – especially during the summer months
- Athletes need to bring adequate water with them to practice, during practice they are sweating out there on the field, they need to be able to stay hydrated
- Please, please, make sure your athlete has eaten during the day. We are finding that kids are not eating during the day. We realize that parents/guardians are working, but please express to your athlete how important it is to eat during the day
If your athlete uses an inhaler, please be certain to give their coach a full labeled inhaler to keep on hand. We want to be prepared in the event an inhaler is needed during practices and this is the only way to ensure that your athlete can access it immediately
